Nancy’s Personal Commitment

With an MBA from the Kellogg school at Northwestern University and a background in marketing and market research, I provide my clients with a clear analysis of the real estate marketplace. My understanding of market trends and the variables that affect real estate prices gives my clients a distinct advantage over other buyers and sellers. I provide sellers with an easy-to-understand snapshot of the local market along with the relevant facts and information they need to determine how to price their homes for a quick sale. I also analyze the market to help my buyers get the homes that they want for the best possible price.
